Tom Danielson Announces the Creation of the Junior National Cycling Association
Cancelled! - Criterium scheduled for April 27th at Inverness Business Park in Denver JNCA regrets to announce the cancellation of our Criterium scheduled for April 27th at Inverness Business Park in Denver. JNCA had taken an open date on both the USA Cycling and ACA racing calendars so that there would be no conflicts between events. We had planned a quality junior event as well as hoped to raise funds for our junior development programs. We have been informed that another promoter plans to promote an event permitted by ACA on the same date. We cannot take the financial risk that would occur with two events on the same date in close proximity to each other. The option of permitting our event with ACA was discussed with the ACA President. However the JNCA board determined that permitting the race through ACA was not viable because we cannot anticipate that there will be any guaranty that another race will not be put on the same day.
